2018上海幕尼黑电子生产设备展完美闭幕东莞天赛持续引领低压注塑

在上海新国际博览中心举行的为期三天的幕尼黑电子生产设备展于3月16号下午完美闭幕，此次是东莞天赛连续第9年应展会主办方邀请参加的以电子生产设备及工艺为主体的世界性展示平台。 展会现场, 以东莞天赛低压注塑工艺为首的注胶点胶区域吸引了众多的专业级观众。
本次展会，东莞天赛不仅给观众介绍常规的各种低压注塑设备和新的低压注塑运用及案例，现场重点演示了新的螺杆式高低压注塑全功能型小型化机台，此机台不仅能注塑常见的低压注塑热熔胶，也能注塑传统工程塑胶。
现场还展示了运用于电子产品上的导热性低压注塑胶料, 此胶料保留了低压注塑胶料流动性好、注塑压力低的特点，更有较高的导热系数，针对一些发热电子元件器的封装是很好的选择.

Mar 14th -16th , 2018 LPMS attended the electronical China for the 9th years in a row. LPMS demonstrated low pressure molding technology and screw type high&low pressure molding miniature machine. The screw type machine is able to inject low pressure molding resin and engineering plastic. LPMS also demonstrated the low pressure molding thermal conductive resin TC 50, which is easy to flow and high thermal conducted. TC 50 is the idea resin for heat elements molding.
