1)测试工装分为安装工位和操作台2部分；
Test working position is divided to installation working position and control board;
2)整个工装用钢板焊接，发热管干烧区域左右与后面用不锈钢金属网罩隔离，正面为钢化玻璃防护；
The whole working position is welded with steel plate and the dry burning area of heating tube shall be isolated with stainless steel wire mesh on the left and right. The right side shall be protected with tempered glass;
3)测试工位共4个，分成1排，每个工位间距、行距不低于0.5m；
There are 4 test working positions arranged in 1 row and spacing and line spacing between each working position shall be no less than 0.5m;
4)发热管采取横式、立式方向可调的安装方式，安装紧固、方便；
The heating tube shall be installed to be adjustable horizontally and vertically and the installation shall be secure and convenient;
5)每个工位均附带功率表（精度5%）及电压表（型号：DP3 series）；
Each working position shall be provided with power meter (precision 5%) and volt meter (model: DP3 series);
6)每个工位均附带开关，每个开关控制一个工位；具有独立的漏电保护、过载保护及短路保护；
Each position shall be provided with switch and each switch shall control a working position; independent leakage protection, overload protection and short circuit protection shall be prepared;
7)每条发热管功率大4kW，共20kW；
The maximum power of each heating tube is 4kW, totaling 20kW;
8)可以定时，测试时间可以累计，断电后时间停止；
Timing is required and test time can be accumulated and the time will stop after power failure;
9)长×宽×高不得超过（2000×1500×1500），颜色为白色或米黄色；
Length×width×height shall not exceed (2000×1500×1500) and the color is white or off-white;
10)带自锁角轮；
Self-locking caster is provided;
11)调压器由客户自行配置。
The voltage regulator shall be provided by clients.
