sand casting or lost wax investment casting
I am looking for 1100 sets of Knifes showed. Knifes must be manufacture by sand casting or lost wax investment casting, from common carbon steel with 0.4...0.5 % C. Pls kindly provide: - CIP price per piece, ocean freight, CIP Tallinn, Estonia. - Order quantity is 1100 pcs, annual consumption min 15 000 pcs. - Dimentions tolerances CT5-CT7/CT7-CT9 ( enough for casting +/- 0.5 mm, for CNC milling +/- 0.05 mm). - Application: agricultural machinery. - Packing: wooden case,plastic bag, pallet. - Finish treatment: sand blasting, surface roughness Ra 4.2....10.6 - Whole dia 36 must be CNC machining. - Possibility to order samples or small quantity for trial test.
