fin neck bolts
We are a french company which work in the silo field. We are looking for fin neck encapsulated bolt with metric system. M12x25, M12x30, M12x35, M12x40 HDG grade 8.8
We need HDG washer outside diameter 30mm, inside diameter 14mm and thickness 3mm
Nut Din 934
Outside plastic cap in PE to cover nut and washer.
The standards we need for the bolts are :
Mechanical properties 8.8 standard EN 20898-1/ DIN ISO 898
ISO Tolerances for metric fasteners : ISO4759-1
Surface treatment HDG Zinc Din 267-10
We would like to have the complete price seperately, with the weight per 1000.
What plastic cover the head of the bolt? ABS, PE,PP?
The quantity we need is 10000 in 12x30 and 10000 in 12x40
It is possible for you to send us sample of your manufacture, bolt, nut, washer and outside plastic cap?
What packing do you use? wood box? plastic bag? what do you propose of packing? it is possible to have picture of your packing?
