Seamless Boiler Tube Elbow 180 degrees (U-Bend)
We have now received the order from our customer in the Philippines and need to order the below elbows within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
Therefore please let us have your best FOB-price incl. seaworthy packing for:
360 pcs
Seamless Elbow 180 degrees, as per attached drawing,
made from boiler tube size OD 38.1 x 4.5 mm wall thickness,
bevelled ends (approx. 30°),
material: carbon steel STB 340-S (JIS G3461) or equivalent (DIN St 35.8, ASTM A 192, etc.),
Material certificate for boiler tube is required (issued by pipe mill, not by you).
In case of order you need to provide a manufacturing drawing with tolerances within a week.
Already in your offer please indicate material and standard of the boiler tube you will use to manufacture the elbows.
Wooden packing must be fumigated.
Please advise delivery time for FOB-delivery starting from approval of drawing.
