stainless steel investment casting
We are a small lamp company specializing in antique industrial lighting. We are looking to add a new model of lamp to our inventory and want to inquire about having some parts made.
What we need are two swivel joints, each consisting of three smaller components. See attached photos of the individual parts. Basically, these are a couple of clamp halves, a small barbell, and some L-brackets. We do not have CAD drawings, but we will supply a sample of the actual items to be replicated.
Material would be solid steel -- no precise thickness, but we want something sturdy and of actual industrial grade. Finish: raw steel and steel with black oxide coating.
We would be looking at an initial run of 100 sets, with you guys becoming our regular supplier. Does this sound like something you can do? If so, what kind of costs are we looking at?
